Meet our latest team member, Charlotte! We’re thrilled to welcome Charlotte into our expanding Niche family and earlier this week we caught up with her for a sit-down, a cup of coffee and a croissant…
Tell us a bit about yourself…
I’m a History of Art Graduate from the University of Essex with a huge passion for art, travel, languages and film. I’m a huge film buff so anything film related has my name written all over it and you’ll have to drag me out of the cinema kicking and screaming.
What attracted you to Niche?
Definitely Niche’s values. And the team! It’s made up of genuinely lovely people with such strong integrity and the love for developing relationships. Their approach to everything is so positive and they’re always thinking about others and how they can go that extra mile for their clients and candidates – and it really shows! The office always has a wonderful buzz and it’s a brilliant place to be on a daily basis.
If you could describe working at Niche in three words, what would they be?
Rewarding, enjoyable and ever-changing.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
It has to be communicating with people! Whether it’s chatting to clients about a potential job opportunity or prepping a candidate for an interview – I love it all! I love the interaction and meeting interesting people who I can learn from.
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
I adore painting and drawing. Although I don’t get to do it as much as I’d like, when I get the chance I love that creativity!
