Brand Activation Manager – FILLED

We're looking for an experienced Brand Marketing Manager to take on this exciting role within a lovely, growing brand based in Oxfordshire to lead on brand activation across an omni channel platform.
Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will lead on the development of a high-impact, strategic and innovative annual brand plan, translating key objectives into an activity plan taking into account all platforms. You will lead a small direct team and agency partners to plan, deliver and monitor high performing campaigns. You will work cross-functionally to oversee the development of brand building activations that engage and inspire both existing and new customers, to grow the brand and drive sales.
The successful candidate will be a strategic, experienced Brand Manager, ideally from a reputable retail/ FMCG company, classically trained with an understanding of brands and a customer centric approach. You will have strong commercial acumen with an analytical approach to long term planning. Proven management of a small team and agency management experience would also be useful too. To succeed in the role you will be adaptable and able to react quickly, honed senior stakeholder management skills and able to keep up with a fast paced, dynamic culture.
You will be joining the brand in an exciting period of growth, with ownership and accountability for brand activation, giving you the opportunity to play a pivotal role in the business and contribute to the brands future.
