A well-established retailer with a combined high-street and eCommerce presence, is looking for a Customer Operations Executive to join their vibrant online team to ensure online customers receive an exceptional brand and customer experience from point of checkout through to delivery.
eCommerce is a growing channel for the retailer and this pivotal role will oversee the full customer order process through fulfilment, fraud management, carrier management and customer service.
We're looking for a candidate with a passion for delivering superior customer experience, ideally gained within an eCommerce or retail fulfilment background. You will take the lead on driving business improvement in the online customer experience by successfully managing the distribution and carriage partners across the UK and overseas. Working cross-departmentally to understand upcoming promotions and product launches to ensure forecasting is accurate and fulfilment KPIs can be achieved.
Being customer centric you will work closely with the customer services department to resolve known issues and improve the online customer order experience, increasing likelihood of return purchases.
With proven project management experience, you will have the opportunity to streamline processes, identify cost saving opportunities and use your initiative to drive forward business improvement initiatives to enhance the web ordering experience.
