Niche Recruitment provide high-quality recruitment services across Wiltshire, Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds and we have just won "Small Business of the Year" at the Wiltshire Business Awards. We have over 40 years combined experience and, due to growth, we are now looking for an Office Coordinator to support our team with the daily running of our busy office. Our client base is varied, covering a wide range of sectors and our aim is simple: to attract the best talent around.

We are a highly service focused business and your approach will reflect this, taking pride in the quality of work you undertake and being understanding of the impact you have on the workings of the business.

You'll be comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment. You'll process our temporary payroll; update our CRM database; carry out regular reports and audits; and keep the office running smoothly. You'll have exceptional organisation and administration skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects. Plus, you'll be excited about where you can support our team in order to improve efficiency within the business. Therefore, you'll need to be motivated and resourceful with previous experience of supporting a busy team. Oh, and ideally, you'll be a black belt in Office 365, SharePoint and XERO.

The role is initially a 5-month contract working 20-25 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
