In this newly created in-house Social Media Manager role, you will take the lead on all things social, shaping the strategy right through to execution and post campaign analysis to drive customer acquisition, engagement and promote brand loyalty.
You will be gifted at crafting compelling and engaging daily content and promoting innovative original online PR, ensuring that social is linked up cohesively with all digital channels. We are seeking a commercial Social Media specialist with the ability to harness the power of social to develop it into a profitable distribution platform, through a combined creative and analytical approach to the channel, ensuring beautiful brand messaging that can be clearly measured, understood and improved.
Working closely with the wider Digital team, you will carry out social analytics and reports to identify and utilise actionable customer insights to help shape the marketing strategy. The successful Social Media Manager will naturally be creative, but we are looking for somebody who isn't put off by crunching the data too, interpreting data to communicate key social analytics.
This role would suit a Social Media Executive looking for a step up to a more strategic role, with 2 years+ experience with a strong hands-on knowledge of all social channels and the key technology tools to drive success. The organisation is currently running some paid social campaigns, but experience of developing high performing campaigns would be welcomed. Knowledge of broader digital channels is also highly desirable. Ideally your experience will be gained in a B2C and fast paced environment.
