Do you have a passion for all things retail and proven experience identifying, attracting and engaging top talent using a variety of tools and techniques? Then this could be the In-house Resourcer role you're looking for.
A well-established, heritage brand based in Witney are expanding and as a result are looking to bring on board an In-house Resourcer to lead on finding the best talent for their retail network and head office departments.
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience recruiting within the retail sector, or perhaps you're an agency recruiter who relishes sourcing but despises the BD KPIs. Either way we would love to hear from you, if you have enthusiasm for the sector.
Supporting the Head of HR in identifying future people skill gaps and high employee turnover/ difficult to recruit roles. You will have the skills and drive to source top quality candidates for roles across all departments, from retail to buying and merchandising to ecommerce, using a variety of tools and techniques.
Your key objectives will focus on reducing time and cost to hire, working across the business to ensure effective selection - telephone screening, testing, sitting in on interviews, head-hunting and managing vacancy advertising and budgets.
You will take the lead on employer branding and will be gifted at writing engaging on-brand copy for use across social media channels, knowing how to engage with online audiences to attract the right candidates.
An expert in running search string terms on job boards, although you will also appreciate that the best talent isn't always actively looking so this is just the starting point of your search strategy. You will ideally already be well connected in the retail industry and will have tried & tested techniques to seek out passive talent.
In this talent short market, you appreciate the importance of candidate experience and will deliver a top-class service that really wins them over from first contact. A gifted communicator with strong stakeholder management skills, you will be a respected member of the HR team and will have confidence in challenging hiring managers when needed.
