Admin Support Shift Leader

Our client, a reputable and nationwide company with its Head Office in Swindon has an opportunity to work with them as Admin Shift Leader.
Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, you’ll be an important member of the Brand Network team. Self-motivated and flexible, you will be responsible for the management of all necessary duties relating to managing their service offer.
You will keep the team motivated, and ready to support new and existing customers and be expected to deputise for the Customer Support Manager when required, all the while reviewing processes and voicing any more efficient ways of working.
Responsible for allocation and management of the workload of 2 team members (Administrators)
To be considered for this role you will have excellent communication and organisational skills. Be computer literate, particularly proficient in Excel with high attention to detail.
This job is based in Swindon Head Office and will require the role holder to work shifts, which can start as early as 6am and finish up to 8pm. There will also be a requirement to work some weekends – around one in four Saturdays and some Sundays. This will be on a rota basis and equate to 37 hour working week.
