We are looking for a Buying Administration Assistant to join an exciting business who currently work across a portfolio of multi-channel, retail brands.
You will work closely with the buyer within a specific brand area and provide support in ordering, logging and returning of samples. We are looking for a dedicated and ambitious individual to join a very fast paced environment. Some of your responsibilities will include writing detailed and accurate product descriptions to be used in web and print copy, so attention to detail is vital.
You will be involved in providing support with all aspects of the buying process from sample management, through to quality assurance. There will be general office activity and administration including support with travel arrangements and liaising with suppliers.
