Are you a master at managing client relationships? Do you feel in your element in a fast-paced, lively environment? Our Swindon based client; a well-established brand in the insurance sector, is looking for an Account Handler to join their commercial team.
Taking ownership of a portfolio of clients and operating from within a team of 5, the Account Manager will deliver outstanding service of care to their client base. You’ll have a passion for reaching above-and-beyond customer expectations, which will reflect in your ability to increase client retention and enhance revenue streams.
Key in this role, is the ability to grow and maintain strong client relationships, dealing with enquiries and client renewals in a timely manner, providing sound accurate advice at all times, in line with current policy.
Ideally, as an applicant, you’ll have previous experience in of Account Management, and be familiar with working in a procedure compliant manner, monitored by regular audits of your own maintenance. A qualification in CII would really benefit an application, along with experience of using Acturis service provider systems. You’ll have a confident, approachable attitude, with an eye for coordination and workload management.
