Are you looking for a temporary project to supplement earnings during your permanent job search? Our client, a fantastic, growing environment based in Swindon are currently undergoing an expansion and need a Customer Service Administrator to provide support on short notice during this busy period, lasting from 4-6 weeks.
We’re looking for a confident administrator with the confidence to jump into a new environment and assume responsibilities from the get-go. Passionate about your delivery of end-to-end Customer Service, you will have previously worked in a similar, high-volume environment, collaborating with a team to achieve best practice.
Assisting the permanent Customer Support team with workload management, you’ll effectively triage inbound customer queries, managing workloads and ensuring timely replies, in line with service delivery standards. You’ll be able to balance your responsibilities between actively handling calls and email, and providing administrative tracking support for all helpdesk traffic. In this effort, the entire Customer Service Team will be able to operate under a steady workflow and perform to optimum efficiency.
You will be proficient in using customer-focused databases, including CRM & Salesforce, and be accustomed to prioritising active requests, with the aim to resolve queries in respectable time-period. In applying, you’ll also be on immediate notice, being able to commit to the full duration of this temporary assignment (up to 6 weeks).
