Customer Service Advisor – Temp 3 Months – ASAP Start
Swindon, Wiltshire | £8.00 per hour
We have an ideal opportunity for an individual who needs a summer project or a temporary work to cover a three month busy period for our client in West Swindon.
The business has established themselves in the travel sector and have an opening for a natural communicator to join their team as a Customer Service Advisor for a 3 Month Temporary period (May – September).
The team has a fantastic, lively atmosphere, and you’d join as a 1 point of contact to incoming calls. Drawing on your passion for customer service you’ll ensure complete query resolution, escalating as necessary and representing the brand in line with professional standards.
You might be a university student who needs some extra income over the holidays, or find yourself in-between roles and would benefit from an assignment to bridge the gap. Either way, this is a perfect role for a candidate with previous contact centre experience, who thrives in an end-to-end customer care environment.
Confident with your communication skills, in addition to having a polite telephone manner, you’ll be adept at prioritising pressing issues both independently as well as part of a team. The client is looking for someone to cover on a rota basis, either from 8am until 5pm, or 10am until 7pm. We ask that only those who are able to commit to this shift routine (including weekends), apply for the opportunity.
