Are you looking for a temporary project to supplement earnings during your permanent job search, particularly in the run up to Christmas? Our client, a fantastic, growing environment based in Swindon are currently undergoing an expansion and need an experienced Customer Service Advisor to provide comprehensive support on short notice during this busy period.
We’re looking for a confident representative with the autonomy to jump into a new environment and assume responsibilities from the get-go. Passionate about your delivery of end-to-end Customer Service, you will have previously worked in a similar, high-volume environment, collaborating with a team to achieve best practice.
Assisting the permanent Customer Support team with workload management, you’ll effectively respond and resolve customer queries via phone and email ensuring timely replies, in line with service delivery standards. You’ll be able to balance your responsibilities between actively handling incoming enquiries, and providing general support for all helpdesk traffic.
You will be adept at adapting to concepts quickly, and as a result of this, will act intuitively, and be able to use this knowledge to effect when answering questions from professionals. In line with the client’s official environment, your telephone manner will be appropriate and professional.
