We’re currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor role based in Abingdon, Oxfordshire, working for a stunning retail brand which supply beautifully unique products. Ideal for a bright, customer focussed candidate with great communication skills to represent the brand in their service delivery team.
If you’re passionate for delivering a high level of customer service, and possess the confidence to communicate with a variety of people, we want to hear from you. A polite telephone manner and enthusiastic rapport building skills are paramount, as you will be promoting the company with your service in line with SLAs. You should be accustomed to working independently, off your own initiative, in addition to being a willing team player.
As first point of contact for all incoming enquiries from customer by telephone, email and web , you will promptly and effectively resolve enquiries in a timely and professional manner, taking responsibility for seeing issues through to resolution. Other daily tasks include some data entry and administration. In light of these key daily tasks, it would be beneficial to your application for you to have administration experience and/or familiarity within a call-centre, all of which should be from working in an office based environment.
