We are currently recruiting for a Client Services Coordinator, working for a well-established company based on the outskirts of Swindon.
The Customer Services Coordinator role is a permanent, full time opportunity, and is looking for an ‘on-the-ball’, organised candidate, to oversee and manage the end-to-end service delivery process. Working within a lively Customer Service Team, you’ll be confident liaising with clients on a national scale, and feel in your element nurturing a rapport with professionals on all ends of the office spectrum.
Taking knowledge of the supply chain process, you’ll utilise strong administrative skills and coordinate each stage of the order procedure; from pre-production, delivery, and then through onto the after-care. Harnessing your passion for superior customer service, you’ll ensure client satisfaction remains a priority within all developments of the process.
Willing to work in a team, as well as on your own initiative, you’ll be able to prioritise workloads to meet targets, both individual and team based. You’ll be comfortable answering queries of a potential technical nature by both phone and email, along with tracking orders accurately on internal databases.
