Customer Support Shift Leader

Our client, a reputable and nationwide company with its Head Office in Swindon has an opportunity to work with them as a Customer Support Shift Leader.
Reporting directly into our Customer Support Manager, you’ll be an intrinsic member of the Brand Network team supporting 2 of our brands.
Able to work on your own and coordinate the work of others, you will be supporting new and existing customers in a professional manner, working with them to answer queries, resolve complaints and manage cancellation requests.
You will also manage and monitor the Customer Service team, ensuring phone calls and emails are up to the company’s high standards.
Showing confidence, you will be responsible for the allocation and management of the workload of 8+ team members.
To be considered for this role you will have excellent Customer Service and impeccable complaint handling skills, be computer literate with the ability to show empathy to customers.
This job is based in Swindon Head Office and will require the role holder to work shifts, which can start as early as 6am and finish up to 8pm. There will also be a requirement to work weekends – Saturdays and Sundays and 3 days during the week. The 3 days in the week and the Saturday would be rotated in on the standard 3 shifts – 6-2, 9-5 and 12-8. The Sunday shift is always 7am – 1pm. This will equate to 37 hour working week.
