We are seeking a proactive and organised Studio Manager to work lead the in-house design team at Whittard of Chelsea whose Head Office is based in Witney, Oxfordshire. To be considered you will have super slick project management skills to lead a talented, creative and busy in-house design team.

In the pivotal role of Studio Manager, you will manage the resource and plan workflow for the studio of 6 people across design, artwork and digital. You will lead the design team and work closely with marketing, web, buying and sales teams, taking briefs and planning the design projects from timings and budgets to resource allocation and trafficking.
You will develop and manage processes to ensure that projects are completed on-time and to budget, managing external freelance resources if needed. The ability to engage with stakeholders across the business is essential as you will present weekly updates to senior management to gain final approval on projects.
We are not looking for a designer, but an out and out Studio Manager, with proven traffic co-ordination experience. You will most definitely be a real people person to inspire and lead a talented and ambitious in-house studio team. You will have a good understanding of art, copy and design development processes to allow you to manage resource effectively and can remain unflappable when the pressure is on and things get busy! Excellent and confident communication skills are also a must, also the ability to work in a busy, dynamic retail environment.
