Know your way around Google Analytics? Have an insights mindset? Love manipulating web data and know your way around Excel? Then this could be your next career move.
We are on the hunt for a digital savvy Analyst to join a growing online team based in Oxfordshire. In this pivotal role, you will conduct deep analysis of customer journeys on our clients’ website and will be the web analytics resident expert to drive insights through the business.
The role sits within the Online team and the heartland of the role is reviewing Google Analytics and other available web data to produce extensive weekly/ monthly website and customer performance reports, dashboards along with illustrative insights to drive online conversions.
Partnering with the eCommerce, Digital Marketing, CRM and Retail teams, you have a thirst to understand all customer insights across the business, to drive the Conversion Optimisation (CRO) program.
We are keen to hear from applicants who thrive working in a fast-paced environment and are driven by the desire to improve the online purchasing experience for consumers. Experience in online retail marketing is a huge advantage, you will be well versed with a variety of web analytics tools; heatmapping, session replays, testing tools and Google Analytics.
Previous exposure to customer journey mapping, optimisation and developing UX is also beneficial, but we are also happy to hear from Business Analysts or graduates who know their way around Google Analytics.
