We’re living up to our Niche name with this latest job vacancy! The Niche Recruitment team are searching for a Japanese Speaking Client Coordinator to join our global client, based in the busy town of Swindon. Reporting directly to the Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Acting as the sole point of contact to assigned clients throughout time-sensitive projects – providing exceptional end to end customer service
  • Establishing client needs and utilising your impeccable service knowledge and understanding of international markets to provide tailored guidance
  • Proactively maintaining contact with clients throughout the project – developing and nurturing strong, trusting relationships
  • Ensuring that data integrity is maintained whilst adhering to a high level of confidentiality

To be considered for the role of Japanese Speaking Client Coordinator, you will ideally have the following skills and experience:

  • Exceptional communication and organisation skills, with the confidence to work efficiently within a high-pressured environment
  • Impeccable time management, with the ability to prioritise and manage a diverse workload
  • Proactive problem solving and decision-making skills working to time-sensitive deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail – ensuring the maintenance of accurate data
