If you’re a strong Payroll-focused administrator with fantastic attention to detail, we have your next challenge lined up. Our client, a fascinating company based in Swindon is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their HR Operations on a temporary/ongoing basis, assisting the efficiency of the client’s professional services.
The Payroll Administrator will be working alongside the HR Business Partner and is responsible for helping maintain the smooth process of payroll processing through a period of growth for the company. In light of this, you must be familiar with the PAYE system and BACS payment administration, with the ability to manage end to end payroll processes with confidence.
A self-assured communicator, you will be the 1st point of contact for all incoming payroll queries within the internal office spectrum & beyond, and will be expected to provide a professional service when resolving issues in a timely manner. Liaising with HMRC, the Payroll Administrator is expected to keep updated with any legal regulatory developments and advise the HR team as needed. You’ll be confident in maintaining records in line with auditing criteria, reconciliating data as required.
In parallel to HR, you’ll also be working closely with the internal finance team, as well as outsourced Service Providers which translate Payroll functions. We need a payroll-savvy candidate with experience in a HR supporting function, who can jump right in, undertaking processes from the get-go.
