Our client, a fantastic design-led brand who are making a name for themselves in Retail, are embracing a period of swift growth within their Bath-based Head Office, having recently doubled their team, and as a result are recruiting for a Supply-Chain Coordinator.
Operating from the heart of this beautiful city, the Supply Chain Coordinator works to support the National Account sales department within the UK, and is the Project Manager for all Key Account Orders.
As the primary point of contact for all Clients and Suppliers, you’ll act as the channel of communication spanning all reaches of the brand, bridging the gap and ensuring smooth operations. The Supply Chain Coordinator will be managing all client requirements within their order portfolio in line with deadlines and to stringent compliance conditions.
Daily responsibilities will span from; Invoicing, Returns, and Process Orders, in addition to managing all pertaining data, including; paperwork, client & product information and maintaining databases, including SAGE 200 and CRM systems.
To be actively considered for this role, you’ll have proven experience in a similar position, and will be working with recognisable Retailers, covering all stages of the Supply-Chain. A confident communicator, you’ll be a natural at managing contacts on various spectrums, from clients to suppliers, from logistics to internal teams.
