In this newly created role, the UX Analyst will take on responsibility for improving the conversation rate of the website by researching online customer behaviours in detail and using these insights to come up with innovative test and learn concepts, utilising A/B multivariant tools. Building dashboards and reports to drive insight and analytics to identify opportunities to enhance key customer metrics through enhancing the experience and service.
With customer experience at the heart of your strategies, you will drive user experience methodology to ensure customer journey is constantly evolving, recommending actions to management. With a thirst for data across all channels, you will understand how to turn data into insights; insights into stories and stories into actions. Being the resident web analytics guru, you will own key relationships with testing tool and analytics partners and will also work closely with digital and data agency partners.
To be considered for this role you will have be highly organised with strong analytical skills and the ability to draw real insights from digital customer data. 3 years+ experience in digital, UX focussed roles with experience in testing and conversion rate optimisation strategy is also essential to be successful in this role.
The ideal candidate will have gained this experience in an online retail marketing and will also have experience with a broad web analytics toolkit; heatmapping, session replay, testing tools and tag management.
