Start Your Business Year Right in 2017

Well, ‘thrilled’ is an understatement!

There was a driving force behind starting Niche Recruitment: one of service and professionalism, meeting a need by consistently providing the highest level of care to every candidate or client. It’s what we believed would make us different, and make us better, sharing experience and local knowledge to build stronger relationships.

The results and feedback we received assured us we were on the right track, so we decided to enter the Wiltshire Business Awards as we felt we had something great to share. In the short 18 months before we submitted our application, we achieved some fantastic results and helped recruit over 125 people into the local marketplace. We partnered with diverse and inspiring businesses and received wonderful recognition from our clients and candidates in the form of testimonials and referrals.

We submitted our application and crossed our fingers hoping that we would at least be finalists, an accolade in itself. In February we received the wonderful news that Niche Recruitment were finalists in the Start up Business category.

On 5th May we arrived at Centre Parcs, Longleat, dressed to the nines with a slight nervousness about us. A couple of Proseccos later, a wonderful meal and it was time, the Start up Business of the Year was announced. 3rd place, 2nd place and then 1st…….”Niche Recruitment” WE DID IT!

We’re so proud of our amazing team and would like to thank our customers and loved ones for their ongoing support in helping us achieve this award. Successfully, we’ve now placed over 160 candidates since we established, and we are excited to begin our 3rd year of business with such a high achievement. We are determined to make a lasting impact – not only on recruitment in Wiltshire but in the organisations and individuals, we are privileged to bring together.
