How video has revolutionised our agency
With innovation at our core, it seemed only fitting at the beginning of 2019 to invest further in technology. After conducting research and seeing what the market had to offer – we decided to invest in some of the latest video technology software. Now, over six months on, this innovative approach to recruitment is utilized everyday within our agency and has changed the way we work.
Here’s a list of just some of the ways video has changed Niche:
- Traditional 1st stage interviews have been eliminated. We’re able to send a first stage interview, alongside the candidates’ CV, to a client – reducing their time taken to interview.
- We’re saving clients AND candidates time and more importantly, money.
- We’re able to give our client a good feel for a candidate’s cultural fit within their internal team.
- We can now easily highlight not only our candidate’s skills but their personality and interpersonal skills – again indicating that crucial team fit.
And the results… Well see for yourselves:
“As a company, this is the first time we’ve used video software within our recruitment processes and with an agency partner and we’re really pleased with the results. We’ve been able to speed up our entire recruitment process in a more efficient way and we can’t wait to utilize this in our future recruitment. We’re excited to continue to work with Niche on this” – Carol, Client.
Technological advances aside, we have seen a huge impact in terms of connecting people; speeding up the recruitment process and showcasing our clients and candidates as the best of the best. Video has truly enhanced our relationships and improved the way in which we work. Early indicators are showing that our video interviewed candidates are resulting in better success rates for job offers!
