What We Stand For – Our Values and Vision

Despite embodying them since day one, we’ve finally put pen to paper and established what we stand for. The values and vision that Niche Recruitment strive to live by everyday.

When defining our Company Values, Directors Nick and Michelle sought the opinion of their employees, candidates and clients. One overarching theme that was discovered was ‘Relationships’. Relationships underpin everything we do. It defines who we are as people and our approach to recruitment. At Niche, our relationships are always long-term, meaningful and productive. We care about what we do.

Therefore, saving time, resources and improving efficiency in order to see faster placements and results.
