At Niche Recruitment we know how important it is to find the right person for the job but more essentially the right person for your culture. This is something we truly pride ourselves on, to take the time to get the ‘fit’ right.
That’s why a year ago, we took the decision to invest in video interviewing technology and haven’t looked back since. With a third of businesses making an immediate decision on whether to hire in 90 seconds of an interview, our clients have been able to cut out unnecessary time-consuming first stage interviews. The feedback has been fantastic!
So we thought to ourselves, why stop there, we need to plan for the future… We’ve made further investments in video tech and can now also offer access to an online portal to view the video shortlist.
Our innovative Applicant Tracking System (ATS) enables clients to easily review candidates and track progression through the recruitment process. The ATS is a secure portal – with a unique log in for each client – and is personalised for each client with your logo.
You can watch the videos (and review the accompanying CVs) on the move, in the office or at home. HR can be kept in the loop, by having an overarching view of all candidate submissions, interviews arranged and progress to offers.
We work with clients to agree 1st stage interview questions, unique to your needs. We then set about recording the 2 way video interviews with our candidates, to present our video shortlist.

Questions are bookmarked, so you can easily navigate through the video and listen again to specific answers. The videos can be viewed multiple times – you can watch, re-watch and colleagues can watch them too and leave comments.
