How Video Technology Is Transforming The Way We Recruit
It’s been over a year since we first started using video technology as part of our recruitment process. We have consciously put ourselves at the forefront of this development and invested heavily in our videoing capability.
Why have we committed to investing in video technology?

We knew we wanted a more streamlined recruitment journey for both our candidates and our clients; video technology has been pivotal in helping us reach this goal. Our first placement as a result of video interviewing was confirmed in our first week and since then we have seen a notable and sustained increase in the number of placements as a result of video interviews.

The initial feedback we have received from clients is astounding, with some opting for the video interviews to completely replace their typical first stage interviews.

As part of our continued commitment to innovation, we launched a bespoke client portal in Summer 2019. It has allowed our clients to view candidate submissions in a single view, share comments with colleagues and share invaluable feedback to their Niche consultant, which has helped speed up the recruitment cycle.
