MEET JAMES!
Please help us welcome James to the Niche team!
James had enrolled on a 4-year business course at Nottingham Trent University, planning to have a year in industry to gain some work experience.
However, due to the pandemic, he struggled to secure one through the university’s placement programme. Remaining optimistic and keen to find work experience, James continued his search registering on job boards.
This is where we at Niche got in touch with him to discuss possibilities.
We helped secure him a short temporary role at the wealth management firm St James’ Place. This helped James get a feel for office life and begin his professional development journey.
At the same time, James was offered a role with us here at Niche, joining the team as a Marketing Assistant. He joins us for the year, learning on the job and supporting the team through a hybrid role of marketing and sourcing.
