HEAD OF MARKETING – RAF CHARITABLE TRUST ENTERPRISES & ROYAL INTERNATIONAL AIR TATTOO
In recruitment ads, the term high-flyer usually means we want an ambitious, successful, and dynamic candidate. In this job, it means all that and more. Not only do we want to hear from all you high-flyers out there, but high flyers are exactly what you’ll be promoting!
That’s why Niche Recruitment are so excited to be able to advertise this role, for such a significant charity with one of the most prestigious blue-chip events, right here in our region!
It’s Head of Marketing for the Royal Air Force Charitable Trust Enterprises. And it’s a serious, senior marketing position for someone with a significant track record in marketing and events.
You’ll be building and directing a marketing team, but you’ll need to be a commercial leader who can handle the pressure of this full-on role. You’ll need to be a brilliant communicator and a pro-active problem solver, being confident across all parts of your job and willing to get hands-on to raise the profile of the charity, grow its income and take responsibility for their internationally renowned event, the annual Royal International Air Tattoo.
Yes, making sure that iconic airshow is a success every year is vitally important. But, at the same time, you need to be able to propel the whole charity further, faster and higher – taking the whole operation to the next level, raising the profile and the funds of the charity itself.
