A whole year of Kyle!
We are very happy to be celebrating Kyle being with team Niche for one year. A previous business student, Kyle entered the world of recruitment and has flourished in his role as Recruiter.
Flying through his training, using his business and people skills to support job seekers and hiring managers to find their perfect match – we couldn’t be prouder!
Kyle’s Role at Niche
Kyle is an established member of the Niche Recruitment team and he has earned his stripes recruiting for Account Manager and Senior Sales roles. Having now recruited for top employers across the South West of the UK, Kyle is making his name in the world of Recruitment.

‘I focus on developing a strong understanding of the candidates we work with, so I can get to the core of their needs and preferences in their next job role. This helps me to deliver a quality service for both clients and candidates.
Through our use of video technology, I am able to share a video interview with our candidates; sharing this with our extensive networks, we are able to create opportunities that are not always live.’
Kyle’s Recruitment Goals
Having sailed through his first year with us at Niche, Kyle has a clear vision for what he hopes to achieve within his role in the next 12 months.
‘With the main goal of placing candidates in their perfect job role aside, I hope to further my specialism within Account Management and Senior Sales roles. It’s also a goal of mine to grow my own professional network.’
Having found his feet in the Recruitment industry Kyle is here to stay at Niche, explaining that;
‘I’m really enjoying my role here; it’s a great team with great support.’

A snowboarder from a young age, Kyle enjoys hitting the slopes when he can.
