Meet Michelle, our Recruitment Compliance Co-ordinator

Diving back into the world of Recruitment after 12 years out of the industry, we can firmly say that Michelle has been an asset to our team since joining last year.

Celebrating her Niche-iversary this month (or should we say Miche-iversary!), Miche brings a joyous energy to the office and combined with her meticulous attention to detail, she’s a force to be reckoned with!

Miche’s Role at Niche

A social butterfly, Miche is a born people person, ready to connect with new candidates and find them their perfect role. Her previous experience in recruitment means she’s a natural and already sourcing candidates like a pro. In addition to finding candidates, Miche coordinates the onboarding of temporary workers, ensuring they are compliant by completing reference and right-to-work checks.

A Smart Approach to Recruitment

Here at Niche, innovation is a priority and we are constantly looking for ways to progress our recruitment methods. Miche embodies this passion for the new and describes how she intends to implement new and improved processes.

‘I want to ensure that we work smarter, not harder. My aim is to improve and streamline our processes, I will achieve this by supporting the team and candidates, but the support doesn’t stop at onboarding. I will continue to provide candidate aftercare once they are in their placement.’

Miche’s Co-ordinator Goals

Having been with us here at Niche for a year, Miche is eager to continue developing within her Compliance Coordinator role.

‘ I want to be able to complete some training in order to better support the team and our processes and build further candidate & client relationships.’

Here at Niche Recruitment, we make sure our team work hard and play hard too! Settling in like an old friend, it feels like she’s been here forever! Up for listening to your weekend stories and always ready with a joke, Miche is a great addition to the office and team!

Miche Fun Fact

A woman of the world, Miche is well travelled. Having visited Las Vegas, San Francisco and countless other countries, including spending a month in Australia. Miche’s love for people and cultures will come in handy in her new role.
