Meet Amber, Niche’s Client Success Partner

The latest addition to the team, we can’t quite believe we’re celebrating one whole year of Amber being part of Team Niche.

New to the world of Recruitment, Amber joined the team as Niche’s newest Recruiter in December 2022. With a career in Event Management prior to joining, we knew recruiting for the Marketing, Digital and Creative industries was a great match.

A CHANGE IN DIRECTION

Spending 10 months as an established member of the Recruitment team, placing PR & Account Executives, to Account Directors and Digital Marketing Managers, Amber’s role transitioned from Recruiter to Client Success Partner.

Taking a step away from Recruitment and combining this with her previous Event Management experience, Amber is now focused on supporting our clients and working with our specialist recruiters to make the perfect matches.

Now 2 months into her new role, Amber has a clear vision of what she wishes to achieve here at Niche, explaining that,

‘I will continue to work with our clients, both existing and new, helping them to gain access to top talent much faster. I look forward to learning more about business within our community and chatting over a coffee about how Niche can add value.’
