CELEBRATING TWO YEARS OF OUR RECRUITMENT PARTNER, TRACY!
We’re lucky enough to be celebrating Tracy, our Recruitment Partner, being part of Team Niche for two years! Recently celebrating her 20th year in recruitment, it’s clear that her dedication and expertise have played a pivotal role in our continued success.
A self-diagnosed nosey Nellie, Tracy’s naturally curious nature goes hand in hand with finding candidates their dream roles, and clients their ideal team members.
Tracy’s Impact at Niche Recruitment
Taking the lead on our Human Resources and L&D Recruitment, Tracy has consistently proven her ability to find the ‘golden unicorn’. From reaching out to her extensive networks and talent pools, to actively headhunting top talent, she is an expert in pairing candidates and clients.
Through resilience, expertise, and commitment to helping people find their niche, Tracy has successfully supported over 120 people into new roles since joining us in Jan 2022!

Joining the team initially as a Recruiter, Tracy has grown from strength to strength and has progressed from Account Manager to Recruitment Partner. She’s taken every challenge and project in her stride and has countless testimonials from happy candidates and clients.

Fun Fact About Tracy
Grab your disco ball and neon tights; Tracy used to be a disco dancer. We’re yet to witness some groovy moves, but we’ll be putting a request at our next team night out for our birthday celebration later this year!
