Looking for a fresh role to kick-start the New Year off? We’ve got exciting opportunities for 2 Buying Assistants to join a fantastic wholesale & product development specialist brand based in Witney.
Perhaps you’ve got previous experience in a Buying Admin role, and want to grow your skills within the field…Or maybe you want to develop your current Buying skills in a new sector? The Buying Assistants provide key support to the Product Category Manager, and by extension, assist the further buying team in operating to full efficiency.
Ideal for an on-the-ball candidate, you’ll be happy rolling with a fast-paced and lively environment. With strong aspects of administration and coordination, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Buying Department in product sourcing across their key product ranges.
Handling relevant paperwork at all life-cycle stages of the buying process, you’ll be dealing with product briefs, supplier Trading Agreements, and general product information, chasing up the progress of these when necessary.
Working both parallel and in collaboration with multiple internal departments, you will be a natural team player, with the confidence to communicate on all levels of the office spectrum, in addition to external stakeholders and suppliers. Your command of both written, data numerical, and spoken communication will be highly proficient, and you will be at ease with managing multiple workloads to deadlines.
