In the current pandemic, there has obviously been an increase in video recruitment. One of the most common questions we get asked by clients is “Why should we use yourย video recruitment platformย when I’ve already got a video tool, like Teams or Zoom?”ย
The answer is straightforward. While it is true both Teams and Zoom are great video tools, that allow you to conduct a 2-way interview, they are generic video conferencing tools. Alternatively, if you have the time to pre-screen candidates yourself, we can simply upload responses onto your client portal, and you can take it from there.ย
