Niche Recruitment is an award-winning specialist recruitment agency based in Swindon working across the Digital, Marketing & Creative, Human Resources and L&D, Office Support, Sales & Account Management and Project & Product Management sectors. Our vision

Directors Nick and Michelle have over 40 years of combined recruitment experience and know the market inside out and back to front. But after so many years in the industry, they noticed a gap in the market. A space where an agency who prioritised client relationships and innovation could blossom. So Niche Recruitment was born. And the name? Well, itโ€™s a combination of Nick and Miche, of course!

But the aim of Niche Recruitment was just as straightforward: to deliver a quality-driven recruitment service and consistently provide the highest possible level of care to each and every candidate and client. 

Our vision is to be the recruitment partner of choice for both job seekers and business owners by being a recruitment company you can trust. Itโ€™s as simple as that. Our company is built on relationships – always has been and always will be. The feedback weโ€™ve received from our clients assure us weโ€™re on the right track!

Michelle leads our Digital, Marketing, & Creative offering, working with agencies and in-house teams across all marketing and communication disciplines. Sheโ€™s worked both sides, so knows the marketing industry inside out. Something clients seek out and end up relying on.

Nick heads up our Project & Product Management sectorโ€“ and has the best reputation in the business for consistently placing successful candidates in influential positions.

Tracy is our Recruitment Partner and with nearly 20 years of experience, she excels in Human Resources and L&D. We pride ourselves on being experts in finding the perfect technical and cultural fit, no matter how tricky the brief and Tracy is committed to finding candidates that seamlessly integrate into their roles.

Karen manages our Office Support recruitment. Connecting a variety of high-profile clients with both temporary and permanent candidates, Karen has a keen eye for detail and a passion for building lasting relationships.

Kyle is our specialist Sales & Account Management Recruiter. Understanding how vital it is to have the right people in the right roles, Kyle has a proven track record in finding ambitious individuals to ensure business objectives and growth targets are met.

In a nutshell, whether youโ€™re a start-up, SME or a multi-national powerhouse, from sales to strategy, head office to human resources, dynamic Creative Directors or edgy Copywriters, weโ€™ll find the right person for the job.
